Women's Health - GP Practice Menopause Support

This survey aims to find out how many GP appointments are being used for perimenopause/ menopause and follow up appointments. We hope this will inform GP's to look at providing a specialist service. The survey is mainly for ladies who live in the South Tees area but we would also like views from around the Country. We will be sharing this with our local Integrated Care Board.
