Connecting with communities across South Tees - How do you share & collect local information and experiences?

Do you as an organisation, connect with key members of our diverse communities to share vital information or collect it to inform the support you offer? 

• Do you have specific roles i.e. connectors, champions?
• Are you aware of other organisations that also utilise this approach?
• Are the same people being approached due to their key role in their community?

To avoid repetition, silo working, over consulting and encourage collaboration. In partnership with Healthwatch South Tees, we are facilitating an event to:

• Highlight organisations using this approach
• Share good practice and learning
• Identify ways of working together
